Our studio is equipped with professional-grade lighting including hexagon LED lights, softboxes, LED panels, and ring lights. For those who prefer natural light, our upstairs kitchen area has four or more windows that allow ample natural light.

Our studio is designed to provide a quiet environment, free from disruptive noises from neighbors or nearby streets. Additionally, our equipment operates quietly to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for recording.

Yes, our ground-floor studio is easily accessible for loading equipment, with no need for a loading zone or ramp. You can park nearby and unload equipment directly into the studio without any hassle.

While furniture/equipment cannot be removed from the building, it can be rearranged within the studio-floor to suit your needs. We kindly ask that all furniture be returned to its original placement before you leave. Wall decorations cannot be removed or altered.

• No smoking is permitted inside the building.
• Outside catering is allowed for your convenience.
• No alcohol is allowed after 8 pm.
• Pets are not permitted in the studio.
• Please handle equipment with care. Any damages will incur charges.
